Wall Thickness (W.T.): 3mm–60mm

Base Pipe Options: Seamless (SMLS), Longitudinal Welded (ERW/LSAW), Spiral Welded (SSAW).

Length: Single pipe up to 12.5 meters (Custom lengths available for specialized piling or transmission).

Advanced Coating Systems & Protection Standards

We offer multi-layer protection systems compliant with the most stringent international anti-corrosion standards:

External Coatings:

3PE (3-Layer Polyethylene): Compliant with DIN 30670, CAN/CSA Z245.21.

FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy): Single or Dual Layer, compliant with AWWA C213, API RP 5L7.

3PP (3-Layer Polypropylene): Ideal for high-temperature environments, compliant with DIN 30678.

Coal Tar Enamel/Epoxy: Compliant with AWWA C203/C210.


Internal Linings:

Cut-Back Area: Standard 100mm–150mm uncoated ends (customizable) for ease of on-site welding.

Bevelled Ends: Precisely machined to 30°(+5°/-0°) per ANSI B16.25, protected by temporary anti-rust varnish or tape.

End Protection: Heavy-duty plastic caps or steel rings to prevent internal contamination and bevel damage.
