Advanced Manufacturing & Capacity

Automated JCOE Production: Our facility features a fully automated and continuous JCOE production line. This integrated system ensures seamless transitions from plate milling and forming to multi-wire submerged arc welding, minimizing manual intervention and maximizing structural consistency.

Full-Length Mechanical Expansion: Every pipe undergoes cold mechanical expansion to improve dimensional accuracy and relieve internal stress.

100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):

Automatic Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Continuous scanning of the weld seam and pipe ends.

X-Ray Inspection: Digital radiographic testing to ensure the internal integrity of every weld.

Hydrostatic Testing: Each unit is subjected to high-pressure water testing to verify leak-proof performance.

Precision Lab Analysis: On-site chemical composition analysis and mechanical testing (Tensile, Impact, Hardness, and Flattening) to verify material grade compliance.
