Surface Mitigation:

Anti-Corrosion Coating: 3PE, 3PP, FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) compliant with DIN 30670.

Atmospheric Protection: Black vanish, clear oiling, or hot-dipped galvanizing (HDG) for severe environments.

Quality Assurance (QA/QC) & Traceability

100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ultrasonic (UT), Eddy Current (ET), and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).

Hydrostatic Analysis: Every pipe is pressure-tested to verify wall integrity.
