Our SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded) pipe workshop is a premier facility dedicated to the production of large-diameter piping solutions for water transmission, piling, and structural applications. By utilizing the double-sided submerged arc welding process, we produce high-strength spiral pipes with exceptional geometric accuracy.

Automated & Continuous Flow: Our workshop houses 6 specialized production lines. The entire manufacturing sequence—from decoiling and leveling to spiral forming and internal/external welding—is fully automated and continuous. This streamlined process ensures high efficiency and consistent weld quality across every meter of pipe.
Product Range:
Outer Diameter (OD): 219mm – 3500mm
Wall Thickness (WT): 5mm –40mm
Standard Compliance: Built to meet international standards including API 5L, ASTM A252, EN 10219, and AS/NZS 1163.
Annual Capacity: A high-volume output of 350,000 metric tons per year, supporting major infrastructure and municipal projects.
Warehouse Volume: We maintain a vast storage yard and indoor warehouse totaling 80,000 square meters, designed for the safe handling and logistical management of large-diameter sections.
To deliver "Super Quality," we implement a multi-layered inspection system that monitors the pipe from the initial steel coil to the final coating. Every pipe is supplied with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) for full traceability.
Our Inspection Protocol Includes:
Online Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Continuous, automated UT monitoring of the spiral weld seam to ensure 100% penetration and zero defects during production.
X-Ray Radiographic Inspection: Critical inspection of pipe ends and T-joints to guarantee internal weld integrity.
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing: Each pipe undergoes a comprehensive hydraulic test to verify its ability to withstand operational pressure without leakage or deformation.
Mechanical & Chemical Analysis: Frequent laboratory testing of raw materials and finished welds, including tensile strength, bending, and impact tests.
Dimensional Precision Checks: Strict monitoring of diameter, wall thickness, and out-of-roundness to ensure easy fit-up and welding on-site.
