3. Key Applications
Designed for the most demanding thermal environments, our SMLS boiler pipes are regularly used in:
Power Generation:Superheaters, reheaters, and main steam pipelines.
Petrochemical:Heat exchangers, condensers, and furnace tubes.
Industrial Boilers:Economizers, water wall panels, and headers.
Oil & Gas:High-pressure steam injection and refinery processing lines.
4. Packing & Export Protection
To ensure the integrity of the material during maritime transit, we utilize professional export-standard packaging:
Surface Treatment:Black painting, anti-rust oil, or varnish coating to prevent corrosion.
End Protection:Plastic pipe caps on both ends to protect threads and internal surfaces.
Bundling:Hexagonal bundles secured with strong steel strips.
Container Loading:Handled with nylon slings to avoid surface scratches; internal bracing and sea freight-ready wooden crates for thin-walled tubes (ASTM A179/A192).
