Precision End Preparation & Surface Treatment

End Finishing: Butt-Weld (BW): Precisely beveled ends per ANSI B16.25 for superior weld penetration.

Socket-Weld (SW) & Threaded Fittings: Under ASME B16.11, threaded fittings use Class 2000/3000/6000 and socket-weld fittings use Class 3000/6000/9000. Confirm the thread specification separately; BSPT is not an interchangeable substitute for NPT.

Surface Coating: Corrosion Mitigation: Black Painting, Anti-rust Oil, Transparent Varnish.

High Durability: HDG, 3PE or FBE options depend on fitting geometry, service conditions and the agreed coating specification; confirm applicability before ordering.
