In-Line Inspection:

Automated ultrasonic testing (UT) and laser-guided thickness monitoring are integrated directly into the rolling lines to detect internal flaws in real-time.


Laboratory Precision:

Our in-house, ISO-certified laboratory performs comprehensive mechanical and chemical testing, including Tensile, Yield, Elongation, and Charpy V-Notch Impact tests at specific temperatures (down to -60°C).


Full Traceability:

All products are supplied with original Mill Test Certificates (MTC) according to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, ensuring 100% heat number traceability.

RFQ Checklist for Steel Pipe Fittings

1. Fitting type: elbow, tee, reducer, cap, pipe bend or flange.

2. Configuration: angle, LR/SR radius, equal/reducing branch, concentric/eccentric reducer, bend radius or flange type.

3. Main size, branch size where applicable, wall schedule or actual wall thickness and quantity.

4. For flanges: pressure class or PN rating, facing, bore, drilling standard and gasket-surface finish.

5. Material standard and grade, including low-temperature, alloy, stainless or high-yield pipeline requirements.

6. Applicable dimensional standard: ASME B16.9, B16.28, B16.49, B16.5, B16.47, EN, DIN, JIS or project standard.

7. End bevel, tangent length, dimensional tolerance, NDT, heat treatment, PMI and hardness requirements.

8. Surface treatment/coating, marking, MTC, third-party inspection, packing and destination port.
