To meet the "Clean-In-Place" (CIP) requirements and high-purity standards:
Surface Treatment: * Pickled & Annealed (AP): For standard industrial corrosion resistance.
Bright Annealed (BA): For mirror-like finish and internal smoothness.
Polished: Grit 180, 240, 320, 400, 600 (Satin or Mirror Finish).
End Preparation: * Plain Ends: Square cut and deburred for orbital welding.
Bevelled Ends: Precisely machined to 30°per ANSI B16.25 for heavy-wall pipes.
Threaded Ends: NPT/BSPT for instrumentation applications.
Our stainless solutions are the benchmark for reliability in:
Sanitary & Food Grade: Dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing.
Petrochemical: Corrosive fluid conveyance and offshore oil platforms.
Energy & Heat Exchange: Condensers, heat exchangers, and high-pressure boilers.
Semiconductor: Ultra-high purity (UHP) gas delivery systems.
Metallurgical Testing: Positive Material Identification (PMI), Intergranular Corrosion (IGC) Test, and Microstructure Analysis.
Structural Integrity: 100% Hydrostatic Testing, Eddy Current (ET), or Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
Compliance: Mill Test Certificates (MTC) issued according to EN 10204 3.1 (3.2 available).
Third-Party Inspection: Full cooperation with SGS, TUV, or BV for pre-shipment release.
We prioritize the arrival of your cargo in "Pristine" condition, free from scratches or atmospheric contamination:
Packaging: * Individual plastic bagging for polished pipes to prevent surface abrasion.
Plywood cases or reinforced steel-frame crates for LCL shipments.
Bundle wrapping with woven material for FCL shipments.
Shipping Security: * Use of nylon slings and specialized handling equipment to avoid carbon steel cross-contamination.
Sea-worthy bracing and moisture-proof desiccant within containers.
Heavy-duty plastic end caps to protect internal cleanliness and bevel integrity.
