Warehousing: Our expansive indoor warehouse spans 20000 square meters, allowing for a massive inventory volume and protecting finished products from environmental corrosion.
We believe that "Reliable Steel" is not an accident—it is the result of a rigorous, multi-stage inspection system. Every pipe leaving our workshop is accompanied by a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) to EN 10204 3.1.
Our Inspection Protocol Includes:
Online Weld Seam Monitoring: Real-time ultrasonic testing (UT) during the welding process to detect any immediate irregularities.
Hydrostatic Testing: 100% of pipes are pressure-tested to ensure leak-proof performance under extreme conditions.
Advanced NDT (Non-Destructive Testing): Comprehensive offline Ultrasonic and X-ray inspections to guarantee internal soundness.
Dimensional & Surface Check: Strict tolerance control on diameter, thickness, and ovality, paired with thorough visual surface inspections.
