Our Inspection Framework Includes:
Continuous Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Full-body automated UT scanning to detect internal flaws, laminations, or wall thickness variations.
Eddy Current Testing (ET): High-speed surface inspection to identify even the smallest external cracks or defects.
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing: Every pipe is tested to specified pressures to guarantee structural integrity under load.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI): Applied to pipe ends and critical surfaces to ensure a perfect finish.
Physical & Chemical Verification: On-site laboratory testing for chemical heat analysis and mechanical properties (Yield, Tensile, and Charpy V-Notch Impact testing).
