Our seamless steel line pipes are engineered for the reliable transportation of oil, gas, water, and hydrocarbon fluids in the most demanding environments. Manufactured using advanced hot-rolling and cold-drawing techniques, these pipes offer superior structural integrity, uniform wall thickness, and higher pressure ratings compared to welded alternatives.
1. Technical Specifications
Outside Diameter (OD):10.3 mm – 914.4 mm (1/8" to 36")
Wall Thickness (WT):1.73 mm – 100 mm (SCH 10 to SCH XXS)
Length:Single Random (SRL), Double Random (DRL), or Fixed Lengths (up to 12m or 18m).
Manufacturing Process:Hot Finished Seamless (HFS) and Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS).
2. Industry Standards & Material Grades
We provide line pipes that strictly adhere to international quality benchmarks, supplied with fullMTC (Material Test Certificates).
API 5L (PSL1 & PSL2):Grade B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X65, X70, X80.
ASTM A106:Grade B, Grade C (High-Temperature Service).
ASTM A53:Grade B.
DIN/EN Standards:EN 10208-1/2 (L245, L290, L360).

4. Surface Protection & Packaging
To ensure zero-defect delivery and long-term corrosion resistance:
Coating Options:3PE (Three-Layer Polyethylene), FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy), Black Vanish, or Galvanized coating.
End Treatment:Beveled ends (30°±5°) for easy welding, or plain ends with plastic caps.
Export Packing:Hexagonal bundles with steel strips, marking/stencil according to project requirements, and sea-worthy packaging for container or bulk shipment.
5. Quality Assurance
Every pipe undergoes rigorous non-destructive testing (NDT), including:
Hydrostatic Testingto verify pressure containment.
Ultrasonic (UT) & Eddy Current Testingfor internal flaw detection.
Chemical & Mechanical Analysisto ensure exact grade compliance.
