1. Technical Specifications
We provide a comprehensive range of dimensions to meet diverse engineering requirements:
Outside Diameter (OD):6 mm – 762 mm (1/4" to 30")
Wall Thickness (WT):1 mm – 120 mm (SCH 10 to SCH XXS)
Length:5.8m, 6m, 11.8m, 12m, or Customized (up to 18m for specific boiler projects)
Ends:Plain end, Beveled end, or Threaded with coupling.

4. Packing & Export Protection
To ensure the integrity of the material during maritime transit, we utilize professional export-standard packaging:
Surface Treatment:Black painting, anti-rust oil, or varnish coating to prevent corrosion.
End Protection:Plastic pipe caps on both ends to protect threads and internal surfaces.
Bundling:Hexagonal bundles secured with strong steel strips.
Container Loading:Handled with nylon slings to avoid surface scratches; internal bracing and seafreight-ready wooden crates for thin-walled tubes (ASTM A179/A192).
